The hydraulic "cable forced steering" in Wienhoff driving systems:
Simply connect a 10 mm coupling rod and the steering cable transmits the exact steering impulse from the tractor to the steering axles. Proportionally to this, a hydraulic valve steers the respective steering axle at the correct steering angle with a maximum steering angle, true to track and stable through the bends and this permanently up to 50km/h! For over 20 years, we have been using this working principle, which originates from the truck industry and has been further developed by us, in our chassis to the complete satisfaction of our customers. But Wienhoff has also improved the safety and driving stability of the simple self-steering system: A pneumatic steering stabilizer across the axle allows the driver of a Wienhoff slurry tanker to drive at 40 km/h in road traffic without having to lock the steering axle!
Electro-hydraulic steering:
In road operation, the steering works in the same way as hydraulic cable steering.
Advantages:
We offer you the right tires from various manufacturers with optimum tread for road, field and meadow!
We will work with you to find the right wheel, with or without the Wienhoff tire pressure control system, which is second to none in terms of performance and control.
Example tires:
Flow rate detection or control via Krohne flow meter with optimal Wienhoff control system
Including recording of application data for documentation
