Online competition "Nexat DLC prize draw for Farming Simulator 25"
Participation in the competition of Landmaschinen Wienhoff GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the operator, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.
Procedure of the competition
The duration of the competition is from 16.04.2025, 08:00 to 22.04.2025, 23:59. During this period, users will have the opportunity to take part in the competition online.
Participation
To take part in the competition, it is necessary to like the competition post on Instagram or Facebook, follow the Wienhoff Instagram or Facebook account and tag at least two friends under the post. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple Instagram or Facebook profiles to increase the chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge apart from the telecommunication transmission costs, the amount of which depends on the tariff chosen by the participant's mobile phone or Internet provider. There are no overt or hidden follow-up costs.
Eligible participants
Eligible participants are natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not restricted to customers of the operator and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the design and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator and their family members are not eligible to take part in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The following prizes will be awarded:
4x 1x DLC Nexat Pack each for Farming Simulator 25 (in the form of a code)
The code is only valid for the DLC NEXAT-Pack and does not include a license or similar for the complete game "Farming Simulator 25".
The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the prize draw.
The winners of the prize draw will be informed promptly by direct message via Instagram or Facebook.
Participation in the competition does not constitute a claim to a prize, and no participant is promised or guaranteed a prize.
The prize will only be handed over to the winner or their legal representative by direct message via Instagram and Facebook. The prize cannot be exchanged, collected by the winner or paid out in cash. The prize is expressly earmarked for private use. The use of the prize - whether in whole or in part - for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Any costs incurred for sending the prizes will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect data shall be borne solely by the participant concerned. Wienhoff accepts no liability in this respect. If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of one week, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
If, contrary to expectations, prizes are not available or not available in sufficient numbers, Wienhoff will endeavor to award an appropriate equivalent prize. However, the respective winner has no claim to this and to a certain or undefined success of this endeavor; in particular, Wienhoff does not guarantee to procure the specific prize elsewhere and/or in an equivalent manner. In this respect, Wienhoff will not provide any financial compensation to the respective winner.
Termination of the competition
Wienhoff reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the competition prematurely at any time (e.g. for technical or legal reasons). The premature termination, modification or suspension of the promotion or competition shall not give rise to any claims against Wienhoff on the part of the participant
Wienhoff accepts no liability for loss of data, in particular in the course of data transmission, and other technical defects.
Data protection
Personal data must be provided in order to take part in the competition. The participant assures that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname and email address, are true and correct.
The operator points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without consent.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name or Instagram/Facebook name in the advertising media used by the operator. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's website and its social media platforms.
The participant can revoke their declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the operator's contact details provided in the legal notice section of the website. www.wienhoff.de/impressum
Once consent has been revoked, the participant's personal data that has been collected and stored will be deleted immediately.
The data protection provisions as published on our website at www.wienhoff.de/datenschutz apply.
Wienhoff may amend the privacy policy at any time without separate notification. The privacy policy will then apply in the updated version.
Instagram / Facebook Disclaimer

Applicable law
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the operator. Contact details can be found in the legal notice section of the website www.wienhoff.de/impressum.
Wienhoff accepts no liability or claims for damages against Wienhoff in connection with the competition and the prizes to be handed over (event prizes are completely excluded from Wienhoff's liability anyway, see above), unless Wienhoff has acted with intent or gross negligence.
The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Complaints must be sent in writing, stating the specific reason, to info@wienhoff.de via e-mail or in writing to Landmaschinen Wienhoff GmbH, Im Sande 50, 49844 Bawinkel, Germany.
Participant rights arising from the competition or these conditions of participation cannot be transferred by the participant to third parties.
Severability clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
